- 1/4 Cup of Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
- Heat olive oil and half the garlic in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, then remove them from the pan.
- Add the remaining garlic and butter to the same pan and cook until the garlic becomes fragrant and the butter is melted.
- Add the spaghetti and Parmesan cheese to the pan and toss until the spaghetti is coated with the sauce.
- Add the shrimp back to the pan and toss everything together.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
